How Our Remote-First Practice Works
We serve clients across England and Wales without requiring routine attendance at a traditional office. Email is our primary method for routine correspondence and instructions. Video meetings are arranged where essential, and telephone communication is used for urgent matters. Our London office is available by prior appointment where appropriate. We arrange court representation and work with advocates and other professionals when necessary.
Language Support
Our team offers support in English, Lithuanian, Russian, Ukrainian and Romanian, according to individual language capabilities. Appropriate formal interpretation or translation arrangements can be considered where needed.
Our Professional Responsibilities
Our Principal Solicitor directs legal work and regulatory compliance. We take particular care with safeguarding in matters involving children, domestic abuse and vulnerable clients. Clients receive information about how matters will be handled, funding and raising concerns.
Our Experience in Practice
Our anonymised case studies illustrate family and children law issues. Some concern work undertaken by our solicitor in previous practice and are identified accordingly; they do not imply all matters were conducted by BCW Solicitors after its establishment.
